Docking
One docking space providedfor cottage boat, or personal boat, if cottage boat not used.
Boats
Any extra boats will be charged a docking fee 		$60 per week.
Pets One small pet (under 15 lbs) is permitted per cottage, provided it is kept leashed at all times and owners clean up after them.
Reservations $150 per week. Deposit due upon confirmation. Deposits are refundable (less $25 administration fee) if written notice is received 60 days prior to reservation date.)
Check-in time -- 2:00 PM
Check-out time -- 9:00 AM
Cancellations Made less than 60 days from check-in date will be subject to deposit forfeiture. Without notification of late arrival we reserve the right to rebook after 6 pm.
